Who we are

toolbox.shop is operated by Elench PBC. In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Elench PBC operating toolbox.shop. Shopify provides our online store and checkout. Your purchase is from us. Shopify does not make or fulfill your order.

Using our store

These terms apply when you use our store or place an order. You must be legally able to place an order. Give us accurate contact, payment, and delivery details. Keep your account details secure.

Use the store only for lawful purposes. Do not access another person's account, interfere with the service, or upload harmful software.

Products and fit

We sell accessories for the storage systems listed on each product page. Check the supported model number, size, and part generation before ordering. A part that fits one toolbox may not fit another. Contact us if you are unsure.

Screens can display colors differently. Follow the product's use and care instructions. Third-party brand names identify compatible products. They do not mean those brands sponsor or approve our accessories.

Custom layouts and uploads

Review your layout, measurements, colors, and quantities before paying. Contact us promptly if you need a change. We may be unable to change a custom order after printing begins.

You must have the right to upload the photos and designs you provide. You keep any ownership rights you hold in your uploads. You allow us and our service providers to process them to provide the designer, make your ordered parts, and support your order. Our privacy policy explains how we handle photos and saved designs.

Our return and refund policy explains returns for custom products. Your rights still apply if a product is faulty, damaged, or does not match the agreed order.

Prices and orders

Review the items, currency, shipping charges, and taxes shown at checkout before paying. You may buy our products for personal use or for your work.

Price changes apply to future orders. If we find a pricing or product error in your order, we will contact you. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement. If we cannot complete your order, we will cancel it and refund the amount paid.

We may decline or cancel an order that appears fraudulent or unlawful. We will notify you and refund any payment for items we cancel.

Cancellations, shipping, and returns

You can request cancellation of unshipped items within 15 minutes of placing your order. After that, contact us as soon as possible. We may still be able to help, but cannot promise a change after printing or shipping begins. This window does not limit cancellation rights provided by law.

Our content

Our website content and brand belong to us or our licensors. You may use the store and designer for their intended purpose. These terms do not transfer ownership of our brand or product designs to you.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information. It also explains how to contact us about your rights. Shopify processes information as described in its consumer privacy policy.

Service availability and your rights

We may update the website or pause features for maintenance. Contact us if a website problem affects your paid order. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or responsibilities that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes to these terms

We will publish updates on this page. Updated terms apply to future use of the store. They do not change the terms of an order you have already placed without your agreement, unless the law requires a change.
