Preparing your order

Our accessories are printed after you order. Contact toolbox.shop if you need help with your order.

Our default preparation time is one business day after payment. If a product or custom order needs more time, we will tell you before you pay. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Preparation time is the time needed to make your parts and pack your order. Delivery time is the time your parcel spends with the carrier. Choosing faster delivery does not shorten preparation time.

Shipping options and prices

The shipping options and prices available for your address are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates. We can ship to your address when checkout offers a shipping option for it.

Delays

If we cannot ship within the time promised, we will contact you with an updated estimate. You can agree to wait or cancel the unshipped items for a full refund. We will obtain your agreement to a delay where the law requires it. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel it and refund your payment.

Your delivery address

Check your address before you pay. If you find a mistake, email contact@toolbox.shop as soon as possible. Include your order number and the correct address. We may be unable to change the address after dispatch.

International orders

Your country may charge import duties, taxes, or carrier handling fees. Checkout shows any charges we collect. You are responsible for import charges that are not collected at checkout, unless your order states that we cover them. Customs checks can delay delivery.

Missing or damaged parcels

If your parcel is late, missing, or damaged, email contact@toolbox.shop. Include your order number and a description of the problem. Include photos if you can. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Your rights under consumer law still apply.

Returns
