What fits my box?
Our base plates fit these Milwaukee PACKOUT models: the 48-22-8424 Tool Box, the 48-22-8430 Organizer, the 48-22-8431 Low-Profile Organizer, the 48-22-8435 Compact Organizer and the 48-22-8436 Low-Profile Compact Organizer. Each base plate fits one model only. Check the model number on your box before you order.
Bins, dividers and socket holders snap into every Toolbox Shop base plate. Lids snap onto our bins.
Do I need a base plate?
Yes. Bins, dividers and socket holders snap into a base plate. They do not stay in place in the box without one.
My box is not on the list. Can you make parts for it?
Yes. Open the configurator and choose to enter your own box size. Measure the inside of your box. Enter the width, depth and height in inches or centimeters. The configurator makes a base plate in that size, and you add bins and holders to it.
What are the parts made of?
We print the parts in PETG plastic. The plastic is made in the USA. Bins come in black, red, yellow, teal and white. Base plates, dividers and socket holders are black. Lids are clear.
When will my order ship?
Your order ships in 1 to 2 working days after you pay. Working days are Monday to Friday, except public holidays. Checkout shows the delivery dates we expect.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs $9.95 for each order. Shipping is free when your order is $100 or more. We ship with USPS or UPS.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the 48 mainland US states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses or other countries. See our shipping policy.
Can I watch my order being printed?
Yes. When we start printing your order, we email you a link. You can watch your parts as they print. When the print is done, we email you a link to a video of it. The video stays online for 30 days.
Can I return a part?
You can return a standard catalog item within 30 days after delivery. It must be unused. We cannot take back parts made to your own layout or box size because you changed your mind.
If a part is faulty or damaged, contact us. We will repair it, replace it or refund you. See our return and refund policy.
Do I need an account?
No. You can use the configurator and place an order without an account. The configurator is free. If you sign in, your saved designs stay with your account.
Are tools included?
No. We sell the parts that organize your box. Tools and toolboxes are not included.
